It is not only the government’s responsibility to plan for the future. Both the private and public sectors must participate fully. We also believe that the infrastructure planning process should include government/retired government officials, academic institutions/professors, industry, and students. It will ensure that all aspects of a specific industry are considered when planning/designing future capacities. We propose establishing think tanks led by eminent individuals and supported by members of the government, academia, industry, and students.
